Returning to the road of victories. It seems that the Chinese New Year’s break did no good for CPK. Playing against an opponent who struggle to stay in the first division, the team started the match a kind of uninterested and distracted, thinking that the victory will come anytime, and it looked like we are going to repeat the script of the previous game when we drew against Lai Chi.
In the first part we controlled the ball, but we were not able to score, with too many wrong passes and too nervous about the style of too-many-faults of Casa de Portugal. Still we had a missed penalty and a ball on the bar, until finally at minute 31, Cheong scored the first goal of CPK. End of the first half and the images of the previous match came to our minds.
In the second part, Casa de Portugal changed its style and looked for the equalizer but CPK also changed the attitude, returned to control the game and the goals started to come out naturally: a free-kick from Bruno (61′), Cheong scored his second goal (65′), Chong (72′), Ka Seng (80′), Diego in another free- kick (88′) and Lo Chin (89′) to complete the score: 7×0.
Each game teaches us something. Particularly in this, CPK showed that must learn how to control its nerves. When it happens CPK can show all qualities and its CPK Power. Not always the matches will run as we want, therefore we need to seek solutions within the field, we need to improve our team work, we need to be stronger emotionally and technically, we need to train together as much as possible!
Regarding the referees, CPK should not criticize the subjective decisions of the referees, but Macau Football Association should do it for the good and development of football in Macau.
Come on players and coaches, CPK Power rules!! Go Go CPK!!
