The training schedule of this week:

Monday – 23/05 – No training.

Tuesday – 24/05 – 7:30pm-8:45pm – Yoga training – Same place as last week.

Wednesday – 25/05 – 9:00pm-10:00pm – Track field

Thursday – 26/05 – 10:00pm-11pm – 三育/Sam Yuk – 紅色服/ red suit
